Mark Jankowske, DO, has joined Clinical Providers Staffing (CPS) as its new Director, Hospitalist Services. Dr. Jankowske received his medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blackburg, Va., and completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Mass.
“Mark Jankowske has an outstanding set of clinical and leadership skills,” said Rick Kulkarni, MD, founder and president of CPS. “He understands the nature of providing great clinical care as well as how to lead a hospitalist or pediatric clinical team. CPS is very fortunate to have someone like Mark on our team.”
Jankowske worked as a hospitalist providing both adult and pediatric inpatient care at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Mass., until 2016. In addition to his clinical duties, he also served in several leadership roles. Most recently, he served as a pediatric hospitalist and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Baystate Children’s Hospital. He has additional training in clinical informatics and has provided electronic health record and workflow support to physicians for the informatics department at Baystate. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration with the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts.
